First 1000 km on a Lada Iskra for 1.5 million rubles: owner names pros and cons

Suspension and sound insulation were in perfect order

One of the first detailed reviews from a real owner of the new Lada Iskra has appeared. The car, in Comfort trim with a manual gearbox, was purchased for 1.519 million rubles, after which it covered 1000 km in urban and suburban conditions.

According to the owner, the main improvement compared to the Lada Granta is the suspension. The car became softer over bumps while maintaining good stability. The level of sound insulation also significantly increased.

It's not a sports car, but for everyday trips, there's more than enough power.

The handling also left a positive impression. Thanks to its compact size, the sedan proved convenient in city traffic, and a ground clearance of about 180 mm allows it to easily pass over speed bumps and broken road sections.

Inside, the driver noted ample space, a large number of storage compartments, and efficient climate control. However, there were some criticisms. Among the drawbacks, the owner mentioned the lack of steering column reach adjustment, mediocre standard navigation, and easily soiled fabric seat upholstery.

The main conclusion after the first 1000 kilometers was positive. According to the owner, the Lada Iskra is a significant step forward compared to the Granta and offers a more modern level of comfort, while retaining the brand's traditional simplicity of design and maintainability.
