MZKT presented the new MZKT-690003-021 armored personnel carrier at the "National Security. Belarus-2026" exhibition. The novelty was shown to the general public for the first time and became one of the most notable premieres of the exposition due to its combination of high mobility, serious armament, and enhanced protection.
The MZKT-690003-021 armored personnel carrier is built on an 8x8 wheeled platform and is designed to transport a crew and troops totaling up to 11 people, including three crew members. The vehicle is equipped with a 560 hp engine, an automatic transmission, and two fuel tanks of 220 liters each, providing a range of up to 900 kilometers.
The maximum speed on the highway reaches 110 km/h, and when moving afloat, the armored personnel carrier can reach up to 8 km/h, maintaining the ability to overcome water obstacles without additional preparation.
The remotely controlled combat module "Adunok-BM30.2" is responsible for firepower. It includes a 30-mm automatic cannon, a coaxial 7.62-mm machine gun, and two launchers for the "Konkurs" anti-tank missile system, allowing it to effectively engage both personnel and armored targets.
The vehicle's hull is made using Br6 level add-on armor. In addition, the armored personnel carrier received mine protection corresponding to the second level of the STANAG 4569 standard, which increases crew survivability in the event of an explosion on explosive devices.
Earlier, "Pervyy Tekhnicheskiy" reported that Belarus presented a new protected wheeled chassis MZKT-690400 with a 6x6 configuration. The vehicle received Br4 class armor protection, a Run-Flat system allowing it to continue moving with damaged tires, and adjustable ground clearance for confident off-road capability.
