The admission campaign has started on "Gosuslugi". Applicants can submit applications to universities through the "University Admission Online" service, monitor the competitive situation, and send consent for enrollment. EGE results are automatically transferred to universities and colleges.
If benefits and individual achievements are already in state systems, they are automatically included in the application without additional confirmation. If some documents are not uploaded automatically, they will need to be attached independently. The application status can be viewed in the personal account.
As for colleges and technical schools, the service covers more than 4 thousand organizations across the country and 46 thousand educational programs. Ninth-grade graduates have access to personalized selections for admission, taking into account academic performance.
On the portal, you can undergo career guidance, view in-demand professions in your region, find a college or technical school by interest, assess your chances of admission to a state-funded place, compare programs, submit an application, track college requests, schedules, test results, and competitive lists.
For state-funded bachelor's, specialist's, and basic higher education programs, applications based on EGE results are accepted until July 25, but for programs with additional or internal entrance exams, deadlines end earlier — they run from July 10 to July 20, depending on the university and program. For state-funded master's programs, documents are accepted within the deadlines set by the university, but no later than August 20. For paid places, the deadline is set by the university, with a general maximum deadline of no later than September 20.
From 2026, foreign applicants can also apply online to Russian universities. To do this, they need to register in ruID and submit an application through the app or website.
