The manufacturer of Su-57 engines, Ufa ODK-UMPO, won a case against the machine tool manufacturer STANK for more than 20.4 million rubles. The enforcement order for recovery from the supplier was issued by the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria.
The reason for the proceedings was the violation of deadlines for equipment delivery and commissioning works at ODK-UMPO.
The Arbitration Court at the Union of Machine Builders of Russia ruled on February 27 to recover penalties from STANK for violating delivery deadlines, but the defendant did not comply with the decision. As a result, UMPO lawyers went to court.
However, not everything is smooth with ODK-UMPO itself. Since early 2026, two enterprises have wanted to declare the Ufa plant bankrupt for non-payment of supplies; notifications have already appeared in the Fedresurs register.
