The Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant has begun an active search for new employees, opening vacancies for engineers, test pilots, designers, and skilled workers. The recruitment campaign is being conducted by an enterprise of the "Russian Helicopters" holding, which is part of the "Rostec" state corporation.
Vacancies are simultaneously open for skilled workers. The plant invites turners, millers, assembler-riveters, CNC machine adjusters, and fitters involved in the manufacture and finishing of aircraft parts.
The Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant produces Mi-8AMT helicopters of various modifications, multi-purpose Mi-171 and Mi-171A2, as well as the certified Mi-171A3. In addition to serial production, the enterprise provides technical service, modernization, and training for flight and engineering personnel.
Support measures are provided to attract specialists from other regions. New employees are reimbursed for travel expenses, provided with accommodation in well-appointed dormitories, or partially compensated for housing rental costs. Enterprise employees can also take advantage of housing programs that provide assistance with down payments and subsidize mortgage payments.
Starting salaries at the plant for new employees range from approximately 60,000 to 70,000 rubles net. Metrology engineers and process engineers are offered around 70,000 rubles. Skilled workers and apprentices – millers, grinders, and boring machine operators – are paid from 60,000 rubles per month, with some vacancies available without experience, including on-the-job training and a standard 5/2 schedule with an eight-hour workday.
The expansion of personnel recruitment indicates a growing demand for qualified personnel in the Russian helicopter industry and underscores the strategic role of the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant in the development of the country's aviation industry.
Earlier, "Pervy Tekhnichesky" reported that Rostec is launching the training of engineers for the most in-demand industries. The corporation's focus is on defense technologies and bioinformatics.
