The Ryazhsky Automobile Repair Plant presented the MK-4545-06 refuse truck on a KamAZ-53605 chassis. The vehicle is designed for operation on urban routes and allows for the organized separate collection of different waste fractions within a single trip.
The key feature is a frameless body with a total volume of 15.1 cubic meters, divided into two independent sections. The first section holds 8.4 cubic meters of waste and is equipped with a loading hopper of 1.1 cubic meters. The second is designed for 5 cubic meters and is equipped with a hopper of 0.6 cubic meters. This configuration allows for the simultaneous collection of two waste streams, maintaining their separation throughout the transportation stage.
Each section operates autonomously, making it possible to collect mixed waste and recyclables without using two vehicles on the route. The compaction ratio reaches 1:7, and the loading and compaction cycle for one container takes about 26 seconds. According to the manufacturer, this increases the efficiency of body volume utilization and reduces the number of trips.
The design is made of low-alloy steels. Modern polymer materials are used in the most stressed components, designed for long-term operation in conditions of increased wear. The machine is designed for operation by a single operator.
