R-Saver-1 Marine Rescue Drone to be Showcased at "Fleet-2026" Exhibition in Kronstadt

The Rostec-developed drone can deliver up to 600 kg of cargo during water emergencies

The new R-Saver-1 unmanned marine rescue complex will be presented at the International Maritime Exhibition "Fleet-2026" in Kronstadt. The development will be showcased by the state corporation Rostec, which is focusing on robotic solutions for marine environments.

The marine drone is designed for prompt delivery of rescue equipment and necessary supplies to emergency areas. This includes assistance to vessels in distress, as well as oil and gas infrastructure facilities in the open sea.

According to the developer, the device can cover distances of up to 800 kilometers and reach speeds of about 50 km/h. The maximum payload is up to 600 kilograms, allowing for a significant amount of equipment to be delivered to the scene in one trip.

Rostec specifies that other technological solutions for situational awareness will also be demonstrated within the same exposition. In particular, air space monitoring systems that track a wide range of objects, including small drones, determine their coordinates, and detect even slow-moving targets.

Earlier, "Pervy Tekhnichesky" reported that the marine unmanned boats "Briz" and "BEK-6" will be presented for the first time to a wide audience at the International Maritime Salon "Fleet-2026", which will be held in Kronstadt from June 10 to 14. The novelties in marine robotics will be showcased by Rosoboronexport.
