The fourth route of regular river electric transport "Luzhniki - Kievsky" has been launched on the Moskva River. It connected the Khamovniki, Ramenki, and Dorogomilovo districts. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin.
At this stage, two stops will operate – the new floating pier "Luzhniki" and the existing "Kievsky", where you can transfer to the first river route.
By the end of 2026, two more piers will appear – "Vorobyovskaya Embankment" and "Novodevichy Ponds". The total length of the fourth route will be about 5 km.
Currently, the Moskva River is served by the newest electric vessels of the "Moskva 1.0" project (assembled at the Moscow Shipyard) and ecobuses of the TFRP.401 project (assembled at the "Emperium" shipyard in the Leningrad Region).
31 ecobuses are operated in the capital for year-round navigation. Their batteries are recharged when mooring at a special pier. Thanks to ultra-fast charging, the vessel replenishes energy in 15-20 minutes. One charge is enough for 200 km of travel.
