The Sverdlovsk region has unveiled a wireless charging and autonomous drone maintenance complex designed for fully automated logistics. The development was carried out by the company "Laboratoriya Budushchego", which announced the creation of a solution with no direct analogues on the market.
The system is based on the integration of several modules: a wireless charging station, a cargo drone on the "Muravey" platform, and an automated "Dronoport" complex. The latter is responsible for receiving the devices, charging them, and subsequent launch without operator intervention, which reduces the time between flight missions and allows for continuous drone operation.
According to the developer, the wireless station transmits power up to 2500 W with an efficiency of about 92%. A 50,000 mAh battery can be recharged in approximately one hour, and the receiving module, weighing about two kilograms, does not affect the device's payload capacity. The equipment is adapted for different types of drones and protected from external influences.
It is separately emphasized that the system is built on Russian components and is focused on the tasks of the national project for the development of unmanned aerial systems. The region is also developing operator training centers and infrastructure for unmanned delivery, which, according to authorities, should accelerate the introduction of such technologies in the civilian sector.
