Lada Vesta upgraded: AvtoVAZ brought back climate control, sensors, and Lada Connect

Cars with updated equipment will arrive at dealerships in June

AvtoVAZ announced an expansion of the options available for Lada Vesta. The first cars with updated equipment will arrive at dealerships in June. The main news is the return of climate control, which disappeared from specifications during the component shortage.

The system for maintaining a comfortable cabin temperature will be available in the Drive version with 1.6 and 1.8-liter engines, as well as in the Techno trim with a 1.8-liter engine paired with a manual gearbox.

At the same time, the manufacturer is expanding the presence of the Lada Connect Start system. The ability to remotely control vehicle functions through connected services will appear in the Comfort trim with a 1.6-liter engine (with manual or automatic transmission), in the Practic version with 1.6 and 1.8-liter engines with automatic transmission (including the Cross variant), as well as in the Drive and Techno modifications.

In addition, rain and light sensors will be added to the Drive version with 1.6 and 1.8-liter engines. Wipers will automatically turn on during precipitation, and headlights will activate at dusk.

The expansion of options should make the Vesta more attractive compared to competitors, many of whom already offer similar features in their basic trims. AvtoVAZ is gradually restoring the model's equipment, which was cut back during the peak of component supply problems.
