Kalashnikov Concern will present the modernized IZH Caliber 20 CNC sliding headstock lathe at the "Metalworking-2026" exhibition in Moscow. This was announced by the concern's press service.
A unique Russian high-priority machine, created by the machine tool division of Kalashnikov Concern, which is the only manufacturer of sliding headstock lathes in the country.
The exhibition will also demonstrate the operation of collaborative and logistics robots (produced by Intratool and Semargl companies) in conjunction with the IT-42 CNC lathe (Kalashnikov Concern). In addition to new products, ball screws, monolithic metal-cutting and measuring tools will be exhibited.
IZH Caliber 20
The high-performance machine has a precise positioning system for each axis. The equipment is used in the production of parts for communication devices, measuring instruments, cameras, and electrical equipment.
