In Russia, the use of noise meters may be expanded – not only in cities, but also in dacha plots and the private sector. This proposal was put forward by Yury Grigoriev, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Transport and Transport Infrastructure Development.
According to him, such technologies are already being introduced in large cities, where they are planned to be used to record excessively loud transport. The deputy believes that a similar approach can be extended to other territories to control noise levels and protect citizens' right to rest.
In Moscow, for example, preparations are already underway for the use of noise meters to record excessively loud transport. Why not develop such a mechanism not only for megacities, but also for dacha territories, the private sector throughout the country? Such modern technologies will be beneficial and will help people protect their right to rest without unnecessary worries.
He noted that the introduction of such solutions could reduce the number of conflicts between neighbors and make the rules clearer.
At the same time, the deputy emphasized the need to maintain a balance: household and repair work should be carried out at permitted times and with respect for others.
But loud music at night and engine roar are already a violation of other people's right to rest
