A KAMAZ 65951-910792-CA dump truck with an 8x4 wheel arrangement and rear unloading was delivered to the Baltic Chemical Complex (BCC) — one of the country's most ambitious projects. The model provides maximum cross-country ability and carrying capacity in difficult construction site conditions. The equipment is already on its way.
The BCC is being built in the Leningrad Region, near Ust-Luga. This is the largest ethane processing project, which will produce ethylene and polyethylene for the Russian market and for export. The construction requires a huge amount of soil, sand, and bulk materials — it is for these tasks that the new model was chosen.
The eight-wheeled 8x4 formula provides excellent cross-country ability even on difficult soils. Rear unloading allows for efficient discharge of bulk materials and soil. The dump truck is designed for round-the-clock operation, the KAMAZ press service assured.
