Carsharing Giant With a 3.7 Billion Loss Comes Under Central Bank Pressure: Delimobil Suspected of Manipulation

The regulator demanded that violations of the law on combating insider information be remedied

The Central Bank sent PAO Karshering Russiya (Delimobil) an order to remedy violations of the law on combating the unlawful use of insider information and market manipulation. The regulator demanded that the company not only correct the violations committed, but also prevent them from happening in the future.

Investors' reaction was not long in coming. On the Moscow Exchange, Delimobil shares fell by 4.1%, dropping to 82.15 rubles per share.

The year 2025 turned out to be loss-making for the carsharing service: net loss under IFRS amounted to 3.7 billion rubles versus a profit of 8 million rubles a year earlier. At the same time, revenue grew by 11%, to 30.8 billion rubles. EBITDA decreased by 3% (to 6.2 billion rubles), while net debt increased by 1%, reaching almost 30 billion rubles. The net debt-to-EBITDA ratio was 4.8x versus 4.6x in 2024.
