The frame SUV Tank 300 will begin to be assembled at the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad in the second quarter of 2026. The details of the production were revealed by Zhang Junxue, head of Great Wall Motor Rus.
According to him, the corresponding agreement with the company has already been signed.
At the initial stage, cars from the first batches will be produced using large-node assembly technology, and from mid-summer we plan to start small-node assembly.
Tank 300 is one of the most popular frame SUVs of the brand. In Russia, it will be available with a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 218 hp and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Cars of the Kaliningrad assembly will undergo quality control according to Great Wall Motor standards and will receive an official warranty.
