Even More "Kotlin" and "Sommers": "Neva Travel" Chooses a Shipyard for the Construction of New Catamarans

The Russian shipping company "Neva Travel" plans to conclude a contract with GTLK and a shipbuilding plant within a few months to continue the series of catamarans created on the basis of projects 04580 "Kotlin" and 04710 "Sommers". This was stated by the company's CEO, Yuri Nabatov.

We are considering the development of a series of catamarans, because they have proven themselves perfectly in the waters of St. Petersburg.

According to him, ships under these projects are also being built at the Nefteflot plant in Samara and the More plant in Feodosia. The shipyard for new orders will be chosen later.

Nabatov did not rule out continuing work with the Sredne-Nevsky Shipbuilding Plant (SNSZ) in St. Petersburg. Earlier, the company handed over the fourth Kaponir pleasure catamaran to the customer.

The CEO of "Neva Travel" suggested that it could be about building another 10 ships. It will depend on the terms of the lease, he concluded.
