The risk of fuel leakage from the sunken dry cargo ship "Volgo-Balt 138" in the Sea of Azov remains. The ship burned out and began to sink as a result of a drone attack.

There is no confirmed information about the spill itself and its scale yet, said Vladimir Vasilenko, press secretary of the Governor of the Kherson region. According to the technical characteristics of the dry cargo ship, the fuel reserve on board may be more than 100 tons.

But you need to understand: this is a passport indicator, and not the exact amount of fuel that was on board on the day of the incident.
