The fishing vessel "Kildin" (project KSP01) made a test run to the island of Gogland in the Gulf of Finland before the ceremony of raising the state flag. This was reported by the press service of the manufacturing plant "Krasnoye Sormovo".
The vessel departed from the outfitting embankment in St. Petersburg and headed towards the island of Gogland.
The crabber-processor "Kildin" will travel through the waters of the Gulf of Finland to the Kingisepp district, and then return back.
During the tests, the delivery team, representatives of the customer and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) will check the operation of ship systems and installations. 3 days are allocated for the tests.

Shipbuilders at "Krasnoye Sormovo" are building a series of fishing vessels for companies belonging to the "North-Western Fisheries Consortium".

The KSP01 project was developed by specialists from LLC "MIB-Design-SPB". The lead vessel "Vaigach" was put into operation in 2023. "Kildin" is the second vessel, with three more under construction at the "Krasnoye Sormovo" plant.
