RT-Tekhpriemka, a company of the Rostec State Corporation, has developed a specialized CRM system for managing car deliveries. The solution is designed for dealers and fully automates the entire transaction cycle - from application processing to closing the delivery and preparing a full package of documents.
The main task of the system is to make the work transparent and reduce costs. It helps suppliers see at what stage each transaction is and reduces operating costs for contract support.
Registration of applications, control of transactions, work with documents, preparation of commercial offers and contracts, as well as management of contracts and their limits are combined within one digital environment.
The solution is focused on car dealers working with large contracts and equipment deliveries. In the future, it is planned to integrate the solution with the 1C system. This will automate the generation of invoices and the transfer of transaction data between systems.
A separate emphasis is placed on financial transactions. The platform automatically calculates the supplier's markup, controls the limits of framework agreements and verifies compliance with the terms of transactions.
