Messenger is not the reason: Beeline denies network failures with Telegram enabled

Blocking issues are only observed in the Krasnodar Territory

Reports have spread online that the internet for subscribers may "dip" due to Telegram being enabled. However, Beeline has denied these rumors.

The company stated that the information about the alleged need to disable the messenger for normal network operation "does not correspond to reality." The operator also rejected versions of any Telegram blocking process.

The reason for the discussions was messages from Telegram channels: users claimed that technical support advises completely closing the messenger on all devices, otherwise the Internet may work worse or disappear altogether.

According to experts, such cases could indeed be observed locally — for example, in the Krasnodar Territory. A possible reason is the operation of filtering systems, which may perceive active Telegram as "suspicious activity" and limit the connection.

Nevertheless, Beeline emphasizes that there are no mass restrictions, and problems with network access are not directly related to the use of Telegram.
