Rostec delivered a batch of Pantsir-S air defense missile and gun systems to the troops

The system successfully shoots down ATACMS, Storm Shadow, and HIMARS missiles

Rostec's Vysokotochnye Kompleksy holding has delivered a batch of Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and gun systems to the military. The systems are used for the air defense of military and administrative-industrial facilities, as well as entire areas.

Rostec emphasized that the Pantsir is one of the key elements protecting Russia's skies, and the system is demonstrating high effectiveness in real combat conditions.

The system intercepts virtually the entire range of the enemy's air attack weapons. The Pantsirs have successfully destroyed a wide variety of drones, as well as ATACMS ballistic missiles, Storm Shadow and Flamingo cruise missiles, high-speed HARM missiles, HIMARS guided projectiles, and other targets, the state corporation added.

The Pantsir's armament consists of 12 surface-to-air guided missiles, six in each of two transport-launch containers. The system is also armed with two rapid-fire 30 mm cannons.
