Great Wall Motor and the Kaliningrad "Avtotor" plant have signed a strategic agreement on contract assembly of the Tank 300 SUV. Production of cars will begin in the second quarter of 2026, the company said.
The model will be available in four trim levels: "Drive", "Premium", "City Drive" and "City Premium". Under the hood is a 2-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with a capacity of 218 hp and a torque of 380 Nm paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The interior will be offered in two color schemes - black and black-red, the exterior - in five colors.
All cars that come off the Avtotor assembly line will undergo quality control according to GWM standards. They will be covered by a factory warranty and full service support in the official Tank dealer network.
The SUV is adapted to Russian conditions: a "winter package" is provided with heated seats, steering wheel, windshield and rear windows, mirrors, washer nozzles and a rear-view camera. Anti-corrosion protection of the body has been strengthened. The cars will be sold through official Tank dealers in Russia.
