Ufa enterprise UEC-UMPO (part of the United Engine Corporation of Rostec) is increasing production. Information about the company's need for personnel was published by the official newspaper of the republic.
Currently, UEC-UMPO requires 871 employees. The specific direction is not specified, nor is the salary.
This number of vacancies corresponds to the company's decision to join the "Bashkir Watch" project amid production expansion.
The project aims to bring home specialists working on a rotational basis in other regions.
The main products of UEC-UMPO are engines for Su-57, Su-35S, and Su-27 fighters. The plant continues to increase spending on personnel. Labor costs increased by 3.75% and amounted to 43.4 billion rubles with a staff of about 25.3 thousand people.
