Bryansk company "BN-Motors" is close to completing work on the first prototype of a camper of its own design. As a basis, the engineers used a single-color FAW T80 truck, which in the brand's lineup is designated as BNM Model 1. The developers are targeting the affordable market segment: the cost of the finished vehicle will not exceed four million rubles.
Assembly of the prototype was entrusted to the production site of the company "Avtokemper Prom," located in Samara. Despite the involvement of a contractor, the intellectual property remains with the Bryansk company. The head of "BN-Motors," Aleksei Podshchekoldin, confirmed that his company is the customer and the rights holder of the design.
The demonstration prototype is planned to be fully completed by the end of March. After that, the vehicle will be sent for evaluation of consumer demand.
The key advantage of the new product should be its price. The target has been set at 3.9 million rubles. The project manager emphasized that at this price point, there will be virtually no comparable alternatives.
