The Arbitration Court accepted for consideration the application for recognition of the Yaroslavl Shipbuilding Plant (YaSZ) as insolvent. The ruling on the initiation of the case was officially published in the file cabinet in February 2026.
The initiator of the bankruptcy was the Moscow company "PRO Factor". The basis was a debt of 14.4 million rubles, arising after the repair of the ship "Captain Sergeev" of project 23470.
The work worth 12 million rubles was performed by the Nakhodka Ship Repair Plant by order of YaSZ in 2024, but payment was never received. Subsequently, the right of claim passed to "PRO Factor", the creditor filed a bankruptcy petition.
The Yaroslavl Shipbuilding Plant is one of the strategic ones. The company builds patrol boats on the air cavity of project 21820 "Dyugon", as well as trawlers of project 10006.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade was involved in the process. The meeting to verify the validity of the application was scheduled for March 17.
