Russia's answer to Schmitz and Feldbinder: UralSpetsTrans has released a four-compartment tank trailer for transporting milk, oil, and water

The Severest PPTsPT 27KT-42LL-4 made of stainless steel has received thermal insulation and an automatic CIP washing system

UralSpetsTrans (Miass, Chelyabinsk Region), under the Severest brand, has presented the PPTsPT 27KT-42LL-4 semi-trailer tank for transporting food liquids — milk, water, oil, molasses, and other products. Raw milk is critically sensitive to delivery time and temperature conditions, so the quality of the tank directly affects product preservation.

The round-section tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel is divided into four compartments with volumes of 8.3 + 8.2 + 3.5 + 7 m³ — the uneven division makes it possible to transport different liquids simultaneously or to manage loading flexibly. Each compartment is equipped with an individual bottom valve, and all compartments are connected to a single discharge line. Thermal insulation is 150 mm of basalt fiber.

The built-in CIP washing system with rotary heads provides sanitary washing and disinfection of all working surfaces in automatic mode without operator involvement. The tank undergoes passivation on the inside — a chemical treatment that removes traces of welding and metal processing: without it, milk may acquire off-flavors.

The four-axle AVG pneumatic suspension is equipped with two lift axles, and the braking system is disc-based with an EBS unit. Curb weight is 8,350 kg, maximum payload is 27,810 kg, and gross vehicle weight is 36,160 kg. Fifth-wheel coupling height is 1,150 mm.

Until 2022, the Russian milk tanker market was saturated with European equipment — Schmitz, Feldbinder, and other brands. After Western manufacturers left, UralSpetsTrans became one of the few domestic players capable of filling this niche. The starting price of the new product is 7,600,000 rubles, and in full configuration — 9,750,000 rubles, which is comparable to the prices of European counterparts before 2022.
