LOOM, part of the Kalashnikov concern, has purchased modern surface grinding and circular grinding CNC machines as part of the machine park renewal program. The equipment is manufactured at the Lipetsk Machine Tool Plant and is already at the final stage of commissioning.
LOOM, for which the machines were purchased, is the leading Russian enterprise for the production of optical systems. The machines are designed for high-precision machining of parts of various configurations. The CNC system is intuitively understandable - the operator only needs to set the parameters and start the process. Special attention was paid to safety: the working areas are closed with special cabins that protect personnel, including from lubricating and cooling fluids, and reduce noise levels.
The arrival of new high-tech equipment will allow the company to significantly expand its technological capabilities and improve the quality of its products, as well as create comfortable and safe working conditions for employees.
