The Schwabe Holding (part of Rostec) has transferred a transport incubator, phototherapeutic irradiators and other medical equipment to the perinatal center of St. Petersburg, the "First Technical" was told in the press service of "Rostec".
IDN-03 incubators are designed for nursing children with extremely low body weight — from 500 grams. The equipment automatically monitors and regulates temperature, humidity and oxygen concentration. The design allows you to take X-rays, weigh the child and administer medications without removing it from the box.
The transport incubator is designed to transport newborns weighing up to six kilograms in ambulances or air ambulance helicopters. The device operates autonomously and protects the small patient from noise and vibration.
OFN-03 phototherapeutic irradiators help treat jaundice in infants without medication. LEDs reduce the level of indirect bilirubin in the blood, while the baby does not overheat.
