The Russian Ministry of Defence has filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court against the Miass-based JSC "Avtomobilnyi zavod Ural". The information has been registered in the case file database.
The agency demanded recovery of 145.4 million rubles from the enterprise. The substance of the claims has not yet been reflected in the case materials. A preliminary hearing on the lawsuit has been scheduled for April 6 of this year.
The Ural automobile plant specializes in the production of trucks, including for the Russian army.
This is not the only major proceeding concerning the Miass enterprise. In 2024–2025, the plant workers faced claims from the Federal Tax Service — tax authorities demanded payment of taxes on a 2.4 billion ruble subsidy received from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
