The updated armored Aurus Senat limousine, presented at the presidential inauguration in 2024, received significantly enhanced protection. The model's specifications appeared in the Rosstandart database.
The length of the Senat Limousine version increased to 6653 mm due to updated bumpers and radiator grille. At the same time, the vehicle's gross weight reached 7080 kg, which is almost 300 kg more than the 2018 version. This increase indirectly indicates strengthened ballistic protection, the level of which has not been officially disclosed.
The base Senat sedan also became longer — up to 5653 mm. Its curb weight remained unchanged at 3235 kg, which allows the car to be driven with a category B license.
The Long version received a redesigned body — instead of an insert in the central section, a scheme with extended rear doors was used, and the wheelbase increased by almost half a meter.
The powertrain remained unchanged. The vehicle is equipped with a hybrid system based on a 4.4-liter V8 producing 598 hp and a 9-speed KATE automatic transmission with an electric motor.
