OOO "Scientific and Production Association (EPO) \"Permneftegaz\"" increased output of centrifugal pumps by 28% after implementing lean manufacturing tools. At the same time, the enterprise reduced the duration of the production cycle by 35%.
The project was carried out by the company's working group together with experts from the Regional Competence Center. The work took six months. During implementation, specialists analyzed equipment utilization, identified bottlenecks, and restructured production routes.
As a result, the enterprise reduced time losses, improved the stability of product quality, and increased the actual utilization of capacity. The optimization allowed the plant to fulfill orders from oil and gas companies more quickly and shorten delivery times.
NPO "Permneftegaz" has been producing pumping and thermal equipment for the oil and gas industry for more than 15 years. The company manufactures centrifugal pumps, well-heating units for deparaffinization and preventing the formation of ASPO, and also provides service support.
