The listing for the sale of Domodedovo Airport has been removed from Avito: bidding will take place via an electronic auction

The event is scheduled for January 29, 2026

The lot with 100% of the authorized capital of Domodedovo Airport has been removed from the Avito website. The auction is scheduled for January 29 through the RTS-Tender system under a Dutch auction format.

The listing for the sale of 100% of the authorized capital of Domodedovo Airport, posted on the Avito website by PAO Bank PSB, has been removed from publication. At the moment, the lot is available only through the RTS-Tender system, where electronic bidding will take place.

The auction is scheduled for January 29 and will be conducted in the format of a Dutch auction with a price reduction. The starting price of the lot is 132.3 billion rubles, and the reduction step is 13.2 billion rubles. The minimum price to which the value of the asset may fall is 66.1 billion rubles. Applications are accepted until 17:00 Moscow time on January 28, and the deposit amount is 26.5 billion rubles.

Earlier, the bidding scheduled for January 20 did not take place. The only bidder, individual entrepreneur Evgeny Bogatyy, did not provide a complete set of documents required for admission to participate.

Domodedovo Airport was put up for sale following the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region dated June 17, 2025. Under a claim by the Prosecutor General's Office, 100% of the shares of OOO DME Holding, which has owned the assets since 2024, were recovered in favor of the state.

The removal of the lot from Avito underscores the need for a transparent and official procedure for the sale of major domestic infrastructure facilities through state electronic platforms.
