Large-scale failure occurred in the "Leonardo" booking system

A number of airlines have limited passenger and baggage check-in

"Aeroflot" has temporarily limited passenger and baggage check-in, ticket issuance and refunds due to a failure in the "Leonardo" booking system ("Sirena-Travel"). The carrier's press service said that the service is doing everything possible to restore normal operation as soon as possible.

The airline "Pobeda" faced a similar problem. Currently, passengers at airports are being registered manually.

The Rostec State Corporation clarified that after the failure in "Leonardo", an operational headquarters began work. Specialists from Rosaviatsia and the Ministry of Transport, together with airports and airlines, began working to minimize the impact of the difficulties in the Leonardo booking system on the flight schedule.

For example, where possible, a manual method of registering citizens for flights is carried out, and other response measures are taken.
