FAW Bestune intends to localize the production of cars in Russia. This was announced to journalists by representatives of the manufacturer.
This year, we expect localized T90, B70 and updated T77 cars.
However, details about the location of Bestune car production in Russia have not yet been disclosed. In October 2024, it was reported that the company may open a factory in Tatarstan, but these plans did not materialize. The manufacturer also did not succeed in cooperating with AvtoVAZ.
In Russia, the FAW Bestune brand offers several car models. The T90 is a large crossover with a 2.0-liter engine (about 190 hp), a 6-speed automatic transmission and the possibility of all-wheel drive, distinguished by its spacious interior and high level of comfort. The B70 is a sedan with a 1.5-liter engine (about 150 hp), a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, focusing on economy and safety. The T77 is a mid-size crossover with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine (150-170 hp), a 7-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.
