The online consultation service on the mos.ru portal continues to gain popularity: in 2025, Muscovites turned to specialists more than 120 thousand times, the press service of the capital's Department of Information Technologies reported. This is 72% more than in the previous year.
Experts noted that the growing demand for the service is associated with the expansion of the list of issues that can be resolved remotely. Online consultations cover more than 200 topics: registration of documents, obtaining benefits, establishing guardianship and trusteeship, payment of housing and communal services, and other services. Answers are provided by specialists from the "My Documents" public service centers and representatives of 13 departments, including the possibility of direct communication with the heads of some of them.
To sign up for a consultation, you need to go to the mos.ru portal, select the "Documents" section and the "Sign up for a consultation and personal appointment online" service. Each consultation lasts up to 20 minutes, and recently a video consultation function on housing and communal services has appeared on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the request.
The service is open daily from 08:00 to 19:50, except for public holidays. According to experts, such digital tools simplify the interaction of citizens with government bodies, save time and increase the availability of services, especially for busy Muscovites.
