An unusual vehicle has appeared for sale in the Dinskaya village of the Krasnodar Territory - a 1966 GAZ-21 "Volga", completely redesigned within the concept of deep restomod. Despite preserving the iconic appearance of the Soviet classic, a modern BMW 5 Series platform in the E60 body hides under the streamlined shapes of the body.

According to the advertisement, the car's mileage is only 37,250 km. The car is equipped with a 2.5-liter gasoline engine and an automatic transmission. The owner emphasizes that the body has not been seriously damaged, and all modernization work has been carried out while preserving the historical aesthetics of the "twenty-first". The price of this unique specimen is 5 million rubles.

As a reminder, the serial production of the GAZ-21 "Volga" at the Gorky Automobile Plant was carried out from 1956 to 1970 and became a symbol of the era.
