Voronezh-based avionics manufacturer JSC "Rif" has filed two lawsuits against Moscow region's JSC "Ramenskoye Instrument Engineering Design Bureau" (RPKB). The total amount of claims is 176.2 million rubles.
A lawsuit for 105.7 million rubles has already been accepted for proceedings. The reason is debt under a supply agreement dated January 2024. The claims for the second application are 70.5 million rubles, and its consideration has not yet begun.
The main activity of JSC "Rif" is the production of integrated electronic circuits. Last year, the company showed revenue of 5.2 billion rubles.
RPKB is part of the "Radioelectronic Technologies" concern of Rostec. The company participates in the development of avionics for the fifth-generation Su-57 fighter - onboard digital computers and computing architecture that underlie the integrated information and control system of the combat aircraft.
