Beeline and T2 Integrate with Max Messenger to Improve Service

Users will be able to receive notifications with Rich Media and securely interact with operators

Russian operators Beeline and T2 (formerly Tele2) have entered into a strategic agreement with the national messenger Max to improve customer service and enhance communication security. Now, users will be able to receive notifications via Max using Rich Media technology, according to representatives of the messenger.

With Rich Media, messages can include images, GIFs, videos, audio, digital buttons for active actions, forms, and even product carousels. According to Max representatives, this not only increases the functionality of messages but also reduces the risks of phishing and other cyber threats, making user interaction with operators safer and more convenient.

Max Messenger is a domestic digital platform developed by VK. The service supports audio and video calls, text and voice messages, sending large files, and money transfers. The platform is registered in the Russian software registry and is available on mobile devices, desktops, and in a web version. By mid-December 2025, the number of Max users exceeded 75 million. Since September 1, 2025, the application has become mandatory for pre-installation on all new smartphones and tablets sold in Russia.
