The National Technology Initiative Fund (NTI) has demanded through the court the return of almost 100 million rubles from one of the largest Russian manufacturers of radio electronics — NPF "Mikran". This concerns a grant allocated for the development of domestic radio modules for 5G networks.
The lawsuit for the amount of 96.5 million rubles was registered in the Moscow Arbitration Court on December 17. The "Russian Venture Company", which co-organized the financing, is participating in the case as a third party.
According to court materials, the Fund is seeking the return of part of the grant issued under the agreement. It is known that "Mikran" received a grant of 250 million rubles for a project to create Russian 5G radio modules for medium and large service areas. Specific claims regarding the project's implementation have not yet been reported in the case materials.
According to open sources, "Mikran" produces radars for navigation and security, telecommunications equipment, mobile systems, and integrated solutions in the field of communications. The company was founded in 1991.
