The equipment was supplied by Avtobusny Tsentr Stolitsa LLC, an official dealer of KAMAZ. By the end of the year, the entire batch of environmentally friendly buses will arrive in Cherepovets to replenish the fleet of MUP Avtokolonna No. 1456. This enterprise serves urban routes and is a crucial part of the transport system.

The buses arrived from Naberezhnye Chelny. They were purchased as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life," initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The project aims to improve the quality of urban infrastructure and increase the share of public transport not older than the standard service life to 85%. The buses were acquired on lease with the participation of the State Transport Leasing Company.

The large-class NEFAZ-5299-40-57 buses have a low floor level, which facilitates boarding and alighting for passengers, including people with limited mobility, parents with strollers, and the elderly. A spacious storage area in the cabin ensures convenience during intense passenger traffic, and an air conditioner with heating mode and an additional convector enhance the comfort of the trip.
