Airlines Open Sales of Subsidized Tickets for 2026

Aeroflot, S7, Ural Airlines, and Yakutia offer preferential fares for certain categories of citizens

Aeroflot, Ural Airlines, Yakutia, and S7 airlines opened sales of subsidized air tickets for 2026 in December. The fares are valid for eligible categories of citizens and residents of the Far Eastern Federal District.

Special prices have been set for flights from Vladivostok, Yakutsk, Neryungri, and Pevek to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sochi, and other cities. Ticket prices range from 1,500 to 10,200 rubles, depending on the destination and passenger category.

Citizens of the Russian Federation under 23 years of age, women over 55 years of age, men over 60 years of age, disabled people of Group I and their accompanying persons, disabled children and their accompanying persons, disabled people from childhood of Groups II and III, large families, and cadets of military universities can purchase tickets at subsidized fares.

Children under 2 years of age fly free of charge without a seat, children from 2 to 12 years of age receive a 25% discount on the fare. Each citizen of the Russian Federation can purchase up to four tickets on subsidized routes with a limit on the number of tickets "one way" and "round trip."

For residents of the Far Eastern Federal District, tickets can be purchased for flights starting no later than six months from the date of issue.
