The Russian government will allocate 2 trillion rubles to ensure technological growth

Finance Minister Anton Siluanov confirmed that the money for these purposes is included in the budget for the next three years

Russia will continue to actively support the financing of initiatives related to the development of technological leadership. This was stated by Finance Minister Anton Siluanov. According to him, the authorities will be ready to allocate additional funds if necessary.

Technological leadership is our main priority. Among all the activities that we have provided with financial resources in the budget, we did not spare money for technological leadership. We will find more if needed.

This is how he answered journalists' question whether the budget really provides about 2 trillion rubles for these purposes.

Siluanov also said that the Russian authorities intend to allocate about 21 trillion rubles to achieve the national development goals of Russia in 2026–2028. Among the key priorities of the authorities: achieving technological leadership in the fields of microelectronics, robotics and machine tool construction.
