An industrial park "Pokrov" worth 500 million rubles will be created in the Vladimir region along the M-7 highway. The project agreement was signed within the framework of the Vladimir Investment Congress (VIC).
The development project "Pokrov-city" is also planned in the city of Pokrov, the distinctive feature of which will be the integration of residential development into the park area. The new district will be equipped with modern infrastructure. The project concept has already been developed and approved.
An agreement was also signed with Ellara LLC at the congress to expand the production of pharmaceutical preparations. The production capacity will reach 350 million ampoules per year.
The implementation of the projects will create new opportunities for business and residents of the region, improve the city's infrastructure and support the development of industrial and pharmaceutical production in the Vladimir region.
