The High-Precision Complexes holding (part of Rostec State Corporation) has supplied a new batch of BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles to the army. The vehicles are equipped with anti-cumulative grills, upper hemisphere protection kits and armored screens as standard.
Each vehicle received a "Cape" - a special set of means to reduce visibility made of synthetic radio-absorbing and heat-insulating material.
Russian soldiers appreciate the BMP-3 for its mobility, high firepower and ease of operation even in the most difficult conditions, the state corporation noted.
A well-coordinated system of equipment modernization has been developed, as a result of which BMPs receive options demanded by the military.
Additional protection is supplied with the BMP and installed already in the troops. All vehicles are equipped with electronic warfare (EW) equipment.
