Rosel Holding, part of Rostec, has presented a new software package for designing complex antenna systems. The development allows calculating the optimal location of all antenna elements, ensuring high quality signal reception and transmission.
According to the holding, the program is relevant for a wide range of areas: telecommunications, radar, satellite communications, and even medicine.
The complex is based on a mathematical model that takes into account the relative position of all components of the antenna complex. This allows you to choose configurations that ensure electromagnetic compatibility and increase the resistance of systems to interference. Such calculations are especially important when placing elements in a limited space.
The development was carried out by the Samara Innovative Enterprise of Radio Systems (SIP RS) of the Avtomatika concern, which is part of Rosel. In practice, the software package has already proven its effectiveness in designing antennas for telecommunication towers, masts and roofs of communication vehicles, where space for components is limited.
