Серийное производство двигателей для беспилотников наладят в новом центре «Парма-БАС»

The center's mission is to create gas turbine engines, electric motors, and composite materials

Launching serial production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is no easy task. In the Perm region, the Parma-BAS scientific and production center (SPC) has been established. The enterprise will set up serial production of engines and components for UAVs.

575 million rubles have been allocated for the development of the SPC. Major enterprises such as ODK-STAR, Robotekh, MotorSky, PrognozRNM, and UralOmegaPlast have already become residents of the SPC.

This year, the formation of the production site has begun. New developments include samples of frames for quadcopters made of composite materials, prototypes of air propellers for drones, and prototypes of brushless motors.

The Perm region has a strong scientific school and industrial enterprises for the production of electric motors, small-sized gas turbine engines, and composite materials. These are the three areas that will be developed in the region.

The launch of the production line will allow the production of more than 90% of components and assemblies for various drone models, including software, which is a significant step towards independent production in this area.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the production of engines for drones will be established in Krasnoyarsk.
