The most luxurious "Volga" in history: a unique GAZ-3111 with crocodile leather trim is being sold for 6.9 million rubles in St. Petersburg

An exclusive GAZ-3111, one of the most luxurious "Volgas" in history, is up for sale in St. Petersburg.

From the late 1990s to 2002, just over 400 copies of this model were produced, but none compare to the "Crocodile Hunter" created by the "Smirnov Design Bureau." The car has been turned into a real art object with unique trim and modern components.

The car's interior is decorated with snow-white crocodile leather with ruby "cedar" edging. The floors are covered with leather and complemented by sheepskin rugs. On the outside, the iconic elements of the Volga have been preserved - a chrome deer on the hood, wooden inserts and branded emblems. The car is equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels and a Brembo braking system with disc brakes at the front and rear.

Under the hood is a 2.5-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 136 hp, working in tandem with a manual gearbox. The car's mileage is only 1000 kilometers, which makes it almost new. The cost of a unique copy is estimated at 6.877 million rubles.
