AvtoVAZ expects to sell around 200 Lada Iskra cars in October. Company President Maxim Sokolov announced this during the International Export Forum "Made in Russia - 2025".
According to Sokolov, sales of the model in early October amounted to about two hundred units, and in November the company intends to increase this figure. He expressed confidence that Lada Iskra sales would continue to grow exponentially, adding that the new model would certainly find its buyer.
Sokolov noted that starting sales with small volumes for a new model is a normal situation. According to the "Autostat" agency, since the start of sales at the end of July 2025, the following were sold: 21 cars in July, 13 cars in August and 94 in September.
Lada Iskra is a new family of compact class B cars in station wagon, sedan and cross-version bodies. The model occupies an intermediate position between Granta and Vesta.
