The Russian armored demining vehicle BMR-3M "Vepr" manufactured by Uralvagonzavod (part of the Rostec Group) is reliable and efficient in operation. The special equipment of the engineering troops is capable of withstanding the explosion of 6 TM-62 anti-tank mines and 15 TM-72 mines. This was reported by a serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces with the call sign Sova.
It is designed for laying routes and continuous demining. Mostly anti-tank mines are encountered. The machine is very reliable.
Servicemen of the engineering troops use not only BMR-3M "Vepr". When inspecting and demining the territory, soldiers use robotic systems, advanced mine detectors and engineering probes.
