The Leningrad enterprise Marine Pro Boats built the hydrographic vessel "Lot" of the Mariner-1000 project. It was transferred to the Taman Department of the Azov-Black Sea Basin Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" for performing surveying works (measuring the depth of a water body using echo sounders, lots).

The hull, deck, wheelhouse and cabin of the boat are made of aluminum-magnesium alloy. "Lot" is equipped with a multibeam echo sounder for surveying the seabed at depths up to 400 m and a viewing angle of up to 165°.
